Hera is a passive item in The Gauntlet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon entering a room, a baby icon appears above 2 random enemies.

Killing an enemy with a baby icon spawns 1-2 Minisaacs. Minisaacs act identically to ones from Giant Cell, but only last for the current room.

Bosses and enemies spawned later in the room cannot be marked with a baby icon.
