Cheats Card consumable
Cheats Card is an unlockable consumable in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Has a 5% chance to unlock a random achievement on the current save file.
The chance drops dramatically on future uses for the run.
If Dead God has been achieved on the current save file, succeeding the chance instead spawns 3 Rules Cards.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as Tainted Serpent.
