Soul of the Serpent is an unlockable consumable in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Activates one of the following effects:
• Grants a key, bomb and coin.
• +1 Soul Heart.
• +1 Black Heart.
• +66% chance to spawn a Devil/Angel deal and remove a Broken Heart.
• Heals 3 red heart containers and grants a one-time-use Holy Mantle shield.
• Reveals the locations of Secret Rooms, Super Secret Rooms and Ultra Secret Rooms on the map.
• Spawns a random Blessing.

Defeat Hush and complete Boss Rush as Tainted Serpent.
