Shattered Soul is an unlockable consumable in The Punished, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a Purgatory ghost that attacks immediately, leaving behind a rift that acts like a Ventricle Razor hole.

Can't be unlocked (can spawn only from a Fun Little Treat explosion or as a floor mechanic for The Purgatory).
