B.U.R.T. is an unlockable active item in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Summons a giant bomb from above that takes 4 seconds to fall.

Upon detonation, the bomb instantly kills all normal enemies and deals 1000 damage to all bosses in the room. 12 piercing bullets dealing Isaac's damage will bounce around the room at high speeds.

Obtain all completion marks as The Sheriff.
