Ten-Gallon Hat item
Ten-Gallon Hat is an unlockable passive item in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Fills with water when clearing a room or Greed mode wavewithout taking damage, increasing in level.
After taking damage, the hat pops, launching 14 × level + (0 to 5) tears and resetting its level.
The hat's max level is 8.
How to unlock?
Defeat Boss Rush as 
The Sheriff.
