Deader Eye item
Deader Eye is an unlockable active item in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Slows down time and creates a temporary moveable crosshair.
The crosshair can move under and mark up to 6 enemies.
After enough enemies have been marked or 5 seconds have passed, all marked enemies will be shot and damaged for ×4.5 Isaac's damage and a percentage of their max health. This percentage scales with the enemy's health, and can range between 10% and 33%.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as 
The Sheriff.
