Blunt Force is an unlockable passive item in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies will move slower the less health they have.

To slow down an enemy, its health percentage is first calculated as health / maxHealth, then put into the equation 0.75 + (0.25 × healthPercentage), which is then multiplied by the enemy's movement speed. Health percentage can never be below 0.2.

Defeat The Lamb as The Sheriff.
