Quick Draw item
Quick Draw is an unlockable active item in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a revolver which can be shot in any direction, shooting 6 piercing bullets in quick succession, dealing ×1.36 Isaac's damage per bullet. The revolver disappears after all shots have been fired.
As 
The Sheriff, the revolver instead shoots all of their ammo instead of just 6 bullets, excluding surplus ammo from their Birthright.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as The Sheriff.
