Strange Sprout is an unlockable passive item in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Giant, stationary beanstalks appear in rooms with enemies.

Beanstalks block projectiles and damage enemies that touch them.

Beanstalks deal damage that scales with the floor, calculated as 10 + 2 × (floor - 1).

After 20 seconds or after taking enough damage, the beanstalk will move to a different location.

Complete the [The Sheriff] Wanted: Dead or Alive challenge.
