Lasso is an unlockable active item in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Gives Isaac a lasso which he can throw in any direction.

The lasso can grab enemies and active bombs. Attacking in a direction starts swinging the enemy or bomb around Isaac.

Swinging enemies inflict Confusion to other enemies they hit and can be slammed into walls to spew blood and bone tears and deal damage.

Swinging bombs instantly explode upon hitting a wall or enemy, and will not detonate while grabbed.

The lasso can also grab pickups and chests and pull them towards Isaac.

Defeat Ultra Greed as The Sheriff.
