Spirit of the West is an unlockable familiar in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Ghost familiar with a revolver, resembling The Sheriff.

When in a room with enemies, the familiar will appear for 1 second, shoot bullets inflicting Fear towards the nearest enemy for 1.66 damage, then disappear for 1.5 seconds.

The spirit shoots every 0.2 seconds.

Obtain all completion marks as Tainted Sheriff.
