Lightning Rod item
Lightning Rod is an unlockable active item in The Sheriff: Most Wanted, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While held
Starts thunder storming, causing explosive lightning strikes that deal 100 damage to strike a random position in the room every 13 seconds. Explosions break rocks and obstacles and do not damage Isaac.
On use
Places a lightning rod that will summon a more powerful lightning strike on top of it every 4 seconds up to 3 times. These lightning strikes deal 200 damage and have a larger explosion radius.
How to unlock?
Obtain every completion mark for both 
The Sheriff and 
Tainted Sheriff.
