The Real Left Hand is an active item in Warp Zone, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On useUpgrades all chests in the room into a better counterpart.

Chest order Spiked Chest → Haunted Chest → Chest → Locked Chest or Bomb Chest → Wooden Chest or Old Chest → Eternal Chest → Mega Chest

If there is nothing to upgrade, spawns a Red Chest.
