ENDLESS PAIN challenge
ENDLESS PAIN is a challenge in Insane Pain Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
This challenge is played on Hard mode.

The same as TRU PAIN, but dozens of times more challenging and detailed. If you've completed the first one, why not try the more challenging version?
