Red Baby
Killing enemies spawns floating rocks that can be pushed around the room.
Double-tapping a fire button shoots an arrow that ricochets off of floating rocks. The arrow gets stuck on a wall and cannot be used until it gets picked up again.
When the arrow pierces an enemy, it will make them bleed tears briefly but won't spawn any floating rocks.
Every ricochet increases the amount of bleeding the arrow can cause.
The arrow deals 4x Isaac's damage when it hits an enemy.
