Taking damage for the first time in an uncleared room will stop time for 2 seconds, and turn Isaac into a ghost, leaving his body behind.

While in ghost form, Isaac gains flight, spectral tears, increased speed, and can shoot at a very fast rate, despite this not being shown on the HUD, as it's a result of time being slowed down.

Isaac will re-enter the body when the room is cleared, or if he takes damage, which will negate the damage.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Clutch.
Unlock: Defeat The Beast as Lazarus.
