Switches between a whip and Isaac's normal attack method.

The whip knocks enemies backwards, which is influenced by Isaac's shot speed.

As Tainted Sheriff, the whip marks enemies for 6 seconds, making them drop ammo when damaged.

When not playing as Tainted Sheriff, applies sowness to enemies for 2/3rds of a second and knocks enemies back farther.
Unlock: Defeat Delirium as Tainted Sheriff.
