Arsenic's Revenge item
Arsenic's Revenge is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon room clear, 50% chance to spawn a random pill.
Using a pill has a 40% - 5% × LuckStat chance to immediately kills Isaac and spawns 1 killed item or dead item. (2 items for horse pills)
This chance will not go below 40%.
If Isaac cannot revive after dying from this pill, immediately revives him (similar to Soul of Lazarus).
