Discommunication is an unlockable passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When the attack button is held, Isaac will continuously release various attack (frequency based on Isaac's fire delay):
• Scarlet Devil - Trisagion tears in 8 directions, 6x damage, 3x shot speed, can destroy rocks.
• Creature Red - Blood tears in 40 directions, pierce.
• Snow Blossom - Ice tears in 8 directions, 1.5x tear size, 2x damage, homing.
• Blue Season - Tears in 8 directions, 0.5x shot speed, 6x damage, spectral; additionally shoot a brimstone backwards.
• Yellow Subterranean - Remove projectiles in a range, and release an explosion and rock wave.
• Imperishable Moon - Pupula Duplex tears in 8 directions, 3x size, piercing, can block projectiles.
• Beast Hardness - Stone tears in 8 directions that spawns runes upon kill, 5x damage.
• Shintoism Wind - Tears in 8 directions with Brain Worm effect, and release a laser ring.

Multi-shot effects like The Inner Eye, Mutant Spider has no special effect with Discommunication, but only decrease Isaac's tears and causing this item weaker. This item is a reference to Touhou Project: Fossilized Wonders.
The attack effects are based on the Incident Stones that can be carried by and offers powerful effect to the main characters.
The sprite and name of this item reference to Yuiman Asama and her spell card "Discommunication".
