Dad's Debt is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon entering new floor, remove all Isaac's coins, and spawns an additional arcade with 8 blood donation machines and 1 Devil Beggar.

Upon room clear, spawns several random hearts based on how many time Isaac has spent. The timer starts at 10s (and will increase 10s for each copy of Dad's Debt Isaac has). For every 5/3 seconds remaining upon room clear, spawns 1 random heart.

Most beggars that costs coins will be replaced by other beggars.
