Garlin's Tongue is an unlockable trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

For every enemy near Isaac (radius 5 tiles, friendly enemies included):
• +25% damage taken (rounded down).
• Periodically shoots blood tears in 8 directions. More enemy will decrease the countdown of shooting blood tears.

Having 12 Broken hearts as Oucal Garlin.

Due to some incompatibilities, this achievement cannot be unlocked if playing with Custom Health API (e.g. Fiend Folio)
(There's just lots of incompatibilities between most Chinese mods and Fiend Folio. That's probably why most Chinese players dislike it)
