Garlin's Finger is an unlockable trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All damages will ignore enemy armor and Isaac's invincibility (this would probably only influence few mod synergies though).

Enemy cannot take damage less than 100% + 20% × AdditionalTrinketMultiplier Isaac's damage stat.

Having 12 Broken hearts as Oucal Garlin.

Due to some incompatibilities, this achievement cannot be unlocked if playing with Custom Health API (e.g. Fiend Folio)
(There's just lots of incompatibilities between most Chinese mods and Fiend Folio. That's probably why most Chinese players dislike it)
