Takeover Ads is a trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Every 10s, a food ad will appear in the random position.

Isaac's tears can remove these ads, then remove 8¢ from Isaac and spawns a random food item.

No additional effects if Isaac closes the ads without enough coins.

When at 0 Trinket Multiplier (e.g., the food ad is spawned via Glitched items or something, and Isaac do not have this trinket), the food ads will consume 15¢ from Isaac.
