Return Label is a trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While held Every purchase gives Isaac:
• -0.15 speed.
• -5% damage mult.
• -3 luck.

Treasure room additionally spawns 2 deals, one of which must be collectibles.

Entering next floor with this trinket returns all money that is spent on purchasing. All purchased collectibles will be removed.
