OuroMaggot is an unlockable trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac has a 1 - (1.5 / TrinketMultiplier+1) chance to fire a friendly small maggot, with only 1HP. 25% chance at 1 TrinketMultiplier.

When any small maggot died, all friendly small maggots remaining grants doubled HP and Max HP. Maximun at 256HP.

Isaac cannot fire more small maggots if there has 10 remaining.
