Shop: 25% chance to spawn a restock machine

Error room: turn this trinket into TMTRAINER / Missing No. / Undefined / Glitched Crown.

Secret room: spawn several mushrooms.

Arcade: 50% to trigger 2 of Diamonds, else turn all slots / beggars into Nickels.

Library: spawns a purchaseable book item.

Sacrifice room: turn most obstacles into hearts.

Devil room / Sheol: spawns a Black Heart and takes 1 red hearts damage (non lethal).

Angel room / Cathedral: spawns a Filigree Feather.

Bedroom / Home / Ultra secret room: spawn a bomb / triggers Soul of Cain / spawn a Blood Donation Machine.

Vault / Chest: 25% to spawn Gilded Key, else spawns a Chest.

Dice room: gains a random one-time use pocket active item that represents a random dice room effect ( D4 / D1 / D20 / The D6 / Forget Me Now / D100).

Planetarium: turn this trinket into a Planetarium item.

• The description is also a reference to a lyric in Virtual Insanity music.

When this trinket spawns a planetarium item, 7 light beams will be spawned, forming out a shape of Big Dipper.
