Bleeding Hearts item
Bleeding Hearts is an unlockable passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickupFully heals Isaac.
While held
All heart pickups will spawn corresponding creeps.
When Isaac has more than 2 hearts, lose half heart per 10 seconds, and spawn 1 corresponding heart pickup.
How to unlock?
Defeat Sominal Warden as 
Tainted Magdalene.
