Plague Flies is an unlockable familiar in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawn 3 Plague Fly orbitals on pickup.

Plague Fly works similar with Angry Fly, which will orbit enemies, dealing collision damage and block projectiles.

If the enemy that Plague Fly orbits dies, 50% chance to spawn another Plague Fly.

Isaac can have 6 + 3 × PlagueFliesCount Plague Fly orbitals at most.

If there is less than 3 Plague Flies upon room clear, spawn Plague Flies until there's 3 of them.

Defeat Sominal Warden as Tainted ???.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
