Cultist Baby is a familiar in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a cultist familiar that follows Isaac.
Every 7-8 rooms it activates the Book of the Dead effect.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
