Magician's Top is a familiar in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a hat familiar that follows Isaac.

While in an uncleared room, every 30 seconds, it has a chance to do one of the following:
• Spawn a suit card (once per room).
• Activates a random tarot card effect.

Possible tarot card effects:
• 0 - The Fool: grants the Camo Undies effect.
• 0 - The Fool?: makes a random enemy in the room a rainbow champion.
• I - The Magician: grants homing tears for the room.
• I - The Magician?: activates Telekinesis.
• II - The High Priestess: summons Mom's foot.
• II - The High Priestess?: shrinks all enemies for 5 seconds.
• III - The Empress: summons 3 Dead Birds for 5 seconds.
• III - The Empress?: summons 3 Minisaacs ( Giant Cell).
• IV - The Emperor: grants a random familiar for the floor.
• IV - The Emperor?: spawns a random friendly boss for the room.
• V - The Hierophant: summons 3 wisps.
• V - The Hierophant?: summons 3 bone orbitals.
• VI - The Lovers: charming fart.
• VI - The Lovers?: applies bait status effect to all enemies for 5 seconds.
• VII - The Chariot: activates The Chariot.
• VII - The Chariot?: activates The Chariot?.
• VIII - Justice: opens all doors and marks the room as cleared.
• VIII - Justice?: activates Dark Arts.
• IX - The Hermit: spawns a Penny.
• IX - The Hermit?: activates The Hanged Man?.
• X - Wheel of Fortune: grants Fruit Cake for the room.
• X - Wheel of Fortune?: activates D10 + D12.
• XI - Strength: activates Strength.
• XI - Strength?: activates Strength?.
• XII - The Hanged Man: grants flight for the room.
• XII - The Hanged Man?: fills all pits.
• XIII - Death: activates Death.
• XIII - Death?: activates Death?.
• XIV - Temperance: grants the Tooth and Nail effect for 3 seconds.
• XIV - Temperance?: Isaac takes fake damage.
• XV - The Devil: activates The Devil.
• XV - The Devil?: grants Brimstone for the room.
• XVI - The Tower: activates The Tower.
• XVI - The Tower?: activates The Tower?.
• XVII - The Stars: activates Lemegeton.
• XVII - The Stars?: spawns Holy Poop.
• XVIII - The Moon: grants tears up for the room.
• XVIII - The Moon?: activates the Fool Moon effect.
• XIX - The Sun: full active item recharge and full heal.
• XIX - The Sun?: summons Big Horn hands on all enemies.
• XX - Judgement: activates Crack the Sky.
• XX - Judgement?: summons 3 Purgatory rifts.
• XXI - The World: activates The World.
• XXI - The World?: activates The World?.
