Blood ID is an unlockable trinket in Ena Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Using a 
Blood Donation Machine, 
Devil Beggar, 
Confessional or IV Bag has a 25% not to lose health.
Playing as The Lost forces a payout, removes the trinket, and avoids damage.
How to unlock?
Defeat It Lives! as 
ENA.
