Mimicry is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When Isaac takes damage from an enemy projectile, he stores that projectile.

After the first hit, a meter will charge up for 3 seconds when Isaac is shooting. When it charges, all previously stored projectiles will be spewed out similar to Monstro's Lung.

The projectiles are not reset after shooting, and they are remembered throughout the entire run.

The projectiles retain their appearance, damage, and any status effects.

Up to 50 projectiles can be stored and shot at once. Getting hit more than 50 times will start replacing the older projectiles with new ones.

Achieve Milestone #4 by unlocking 80% of Epiphany's achievements.
