Bloodthirsty Blade is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While in an active room with enemies, every 5.33 seconds, Isaac will shoot out 3 blades that hang in the air for a second before launching toward random enemies.

The blades have spectral and piercing properties, and deal damage equal to DamageStat × 1.2 + 1.8 × CurrentFloor.

Enemies hit by the blades get inflicted with haemorrhaging (bleed) for 2.2 seconds, receiving 0.5x Isaac's damage per bleed tick, while also spawning damaging red creep under them.

When entering a room, the first set of blades is fired after 3 seconds.

The blades cannot damage enemies while they are in the air-hanging position.
