Dried Paint is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Killing an enemy spawns an abstract art piece that does nothing and can be slightly pushed around.

When the art piece is destroyed, it unleashes a barrage of colorful tears aimed towards the nearest enemy.

The barrage consists of either 11, 16, or 31 tears, each having a respective chance: 33.33%, 50%, and 16.67%.

The tears have infinite range and scale with Isaac's DPS, ranging from x0.09 to x0.33.

An art piece has 75% of the enemy's health, but no less than 1 HP.

Art pieces will disappear upon leaving the room.

Clear 25 Surreal Sheol rooms without taking damage.
