There is a 35.71% chance to shoot 1 tear, 42.86% chance for 2 tears, and 21.43% chance for 3 tears.

The tears will be 1 of 6 variants (all tears shot from the enemy will be of the same variant):
• 4.88% → normal tear.
• 2.93% → tooth tear that deals x2 damage.
• 42.44% → bone tear that splits into 4.
• 16.10% → Pop! tear.
• 16.59% → bloody Pop! tear that deals x1.1 damage.
• 17.07% → Haemolacria tear that deals x1.5 damage.

Clear 25 Eyeball Utero rooms without taking damage.
