Asteroid Belt is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants 4 rock orbitals that block shots.

Each rock orbital can take up to 5 hits before breaking. It will visually crack at 3 hits.

Clearing a room will grant an additional rock.

A rock is also spawned for every 77 × CurrentChapter damage dealt.

A maximum of 7 rocks may orbit Isaac at a time.

The rocks can be thrown by double-tapping a shooting key. When thrown, a rock will deal damage equal to DamageStat × 1.5 + 1.2 × CurrentFloor, and then break.

Thrown rocks will apply confusion to enemies for 5 seconds.

The rock that will be thrown is always the one with the least remaining HP.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Golem.
