Gaper in a Jar is an unlockable active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Can be used to put any enemy inside it and later throw it as a projectile.

When empty, Gaper in a Jar acts as a swing attack that absorbs the first enemy it hits.

The absorbed enemy's sprite is displayed as a shadow inside the Jar on the HUD.

When full, the previously absorbed enemy can be launched in any direction by using the shooting keys.

The enemy deals damage equal to its max health when thrown.

Enemies will activate their on-death effects when thrown. Any enemies spawned in this manner will be friendly.

Bosses and mini-bosses cannot be absorbed.

When first picked up, the item comes with a Gaper already inside it.

Enemies with the homing_soul tag, such as the Psychic Maw, will home in on enemies when thrown. This is also the case with Little Horn's Dark Balls.

Champion colors and effects are not preserved. Instead, the enemy will be of a slightly different color.

Shopkeepers can also be absorbed.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Tainted Cain.
