Mtn Dew is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Continuous firing for 2.67 seconds seconds will charge up a special attack that, when released, fires an extended volley of tears in scattered directions for 1 second, followed by 3 big shots that leave a radiated aura that damages both enemies and Isaac.

The damage of the scattered tears is equal to DamageStat × (TearSize + 0.2) × 0.66.

The damage of the big shots is equal to 1.5x Isaac's damage.

Enemies standing inside the radiation aura will get poisoned for 3 seconds, receiving Isaac's amount of damage per poison tick.

If Isaac stands in it for longer than 2 seconds, he will start losing half a heart per second. These hearts will be dropped to the ground as temporary hearts that disappear after 2 seconds.

Causes tiny background flies to constantly spawn around Isaac.

Clear 25 Irradiated Ashpit rooms without taking damage.
