Warfarin is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a chance for enemies to drop a Half Heart upon death.

The chance scales with Isaac's luck, starting at 20% with 0 luck, increasing by +0.5 per luck point up to a maximum of 20 luck. It cannot exceed 50%.

The Half Heart has an additional chance to be a Heart instead. This chance starts at 25% with 0 luck, and is increased by +0.2 per luck point up to a maximum of 20 luck. It cannot exceed 75%.

Both chances are also affected by Isaac's current health, i.e., how much it's filled. This effect cannot be less than 33%.

Taking damage will cause an additional 1-3 Half Hearts to fly out of Isaac. These hearts are deducted from his health bar and are spawned as temporary Half Hearts on the ground that disappear after 3.33 seconds. This cannot kill Isaac.

After disappearing, the hearts create a blood explosion that shoots out blood tears and leaves damaging red creep on the ground; both of which only affect enemies.

The temporary hearts home in on enemies before disappearing.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Baby Bubbles.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Samson.
