Isaac.chr is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon death, Isaac is respawned in the current room with randomized stats, hearts and heart containers, and 1/5th of his items are replaced with glitched TMTRAINER items.

The item is destroyed in the process.

The randomized hearts can include:
0-3 Red Hearts
0-2 Soul Hearts
0-2 Black Hearts
0-2 Gold Hearts
0-2 Bone Hearts
0-3 Rotten Hearts
0-2 Immoral Hearts
0-2 Morbid Hearts

Up to 2 Red Heart containers can be added or removed in the process, but all of them will never be removed. At least 1 Red Heart container is given if Isaac has none when he dies.

Upon revival, Isaac will always be left with at the very least half a Red Heart or half a Soul Heart if playing as a character that cannot have any Red Health.

The randomized stats vary from 0.5x to 2x that is distributed among Isaac's damage, tears, range and speed, which is accomplished by activating the effects of D8.

Items with the quest tag cannot be replaced.

If no items are available for replacement, Isaac will receive 1 glitched item.

The respawn effect is accompanied by a bunch of glitched clones of Isaac that cannot be interacted with and disappear upon leaving the room.
