Grants a 15% chance to shoot tracing tears, which cause hit enemies to leave behind a short trail of afterimages that can be shot to deal damage to the enemy.

The chance goes up to 50% with 17 luck.

The status effect is applied for 5 seconds.

Damage dealt to the afterimages is 100% transferred to the enemies, including any tear effects.

This item contributes towards the #MyDogKalu! transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac a Rotten Heart, flight, and a cone-shaped aura that petrifies enemies.
