When an enemy dies, Isaac has a 10% chance of gaining the effects of a random onion-themed item for 30 seconds.

The chance goes up to 100% with 45 luck.

The following items are considered onion-themed:
• 41.07% → The Sad Onion
• 27.38% → Sideways Onion
• 13.69% → Dead Onion
• 13.69% → The Happy-Go-Lucky Onion
• 4.17% → Onion Disc

Tears up granted by items via Onion Disc can exceed the soft tears cap.

Since Onion Disc itself can be acquired this way, each copy of it grants a +5% chance for the effect to occur.
