Soul Extraction Bum is a familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that goes to nearby enemies and sucks their souls out.

Enemies whose souls have been sucked out gain permanent slowness.

Bosses only gain slowness for 4 seconds, and can be attacked by the bum once every 6 seconds.

After 3-5 souls have been sucked out, Soul Extraction Bum will payout with one of the following:

Chance	Effect
60%	Shoot a Purgatory ghost.
20%	Force Isaac to use a random offensive card,
8%	Spawn a Cursed Penny,
6%	Spawn a Haunted Penny,
3.4%	Grant a normal wisp.
2.5%	Force Isaac to use Lemegeton.
0.1%	An item from the Dire Chest item pool, or a Cursed Penny if this payout has occurred 3 times.
