Lil Inaba is an unlockable familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and shoots tears from the eye satellite attached to it, similar to the one grafted by Ocular Spectrum.

The familiar shoots tears that deal 1.25 damage, 3 times per second.

Each enemy killed causes Anxiety Residue to spawn and be absorbed by the familiar. The familiar will level up by collecting the residue.

There are a total of 3 levels that can be acquired, each requiring 100 Anxiety Residue.

Each level grants an additional satellite to the familiar.

Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! on Hard Mode as Inaba.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
