The Final Option is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Teleports Isaac to a special room outside the map boundary that contains 8 items and a Donation Machine.

Each of these items is selected from a curated item pool, in the following order (top-left to bottom-right):
• Treasure Room
• Shop
• Library
• Treasure Room
• Devil Room
• Angel Room
• Planetarium
• Ultra Secret Room

Picking up any item in the room will prevent the rooms associated with any of the abovementioned item pools from ever appearing again during the run:
• Treasure Room
• Shop
• Library
• Devil Room
• Angel Room
• Planetarium
• Ultra Secret Room

All 8 items can be taken; they are not choice pedestals.

ANY item picked up will remove ALL rooms from the run.

Even rooms that are outside the map's boundaries will not be generated, also making it impossible to teleport to them.

Find this item in an I AM ERROR room.
