The War Horn is an unlockable active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+0.25 speed.

Causes all combat familiars to deal 3x damage, entering a "familiar frenzy" mode.

If Isaac has no follower familiars, a Glue Baby familiar is spawned instead, which shoots tears 1.88 times per second that deal 3.5 damage - also affected by the 3x damage.

The damage increase also applies to Blue Flies, Blue Spiders, and similar familiars.

The familiar frenzy can be cancelled at any time by using the active item again.

If Isaac takes damage while the frenzy is active, the damage is doubled, the frenzy is cancelled, the recharge timer is reset, and the familiar dies!

If a familiar dies, killing an enemy will spawn the familiar's soul which can be picked up in order to revive the familiar.
