Daydream item
Daydream is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While in an active room, thought bubbles will appear once every 15-30 seconds.
The bubbles have 2 different prompts Isaac can choose from using the up and down shooting keys, and confirming the prompt with the drop button.
Each bubble is different, and each prompt yields a different result.
If Isaac does not confirm the choice, it will be selected automatically after the 5-second timer has elapsed.
A total of 17 different thought bubbles exist:

| Globlet | 100 | Friend! Spawns a perma-charmed Globlet with 50% HP. | Decoy! Spawns a perma-charmed Globlet with 3x HP that baits enemies but deals no damage. |
| Heart | 100 | Heal! Heals a full heart. | Hurt! Deals 20 damage to all enemies. |
| Key/Bomb | 50 | Key! Spawns a  Key. | Bomb! Spawns a Bomb. |
| Map | 100 | Path! Grants the effects of Treasure Map for the current floor. | Goal! Grants the effects of The Compass for the current floor. |
| Razor | 100 | Pain! Grants the effects of Anemic for the current room. | Power! Makes all enemies bleed for 3 seconds. |
| Spider | 100 | Cute! Spawns 5 Blue Spiders. | Scary! Spawns 4 Blue Beetles. |
| Spoonbender | 100 | Magic! Grants Spoon Bender for the current room. | Science! Grants Lodestone for the current room. |
| Stopwatch | 100 | Slower! Activates the effects of Broken Watch for 16 seconds. | Faster! +0.03 speed. |
| There Be Treasure! | 25 | Riches! Spawns a Locked Chest. | Risks! Spawns a Red Chest. |

Obtain 2 dream or sleep related items in a run.
