Fetal Friend item
Fetal Friend is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1.6 damage.
+0.3 shot speed.
Converts Isaac's health into Ammo Hearts similar to how Friend's health works. This means Isaac's health will act as ammo and temporarily drain with each tear shot, before reloading.
Isaac's tears will gain different properties based on heart types, similar to Friend's bullets.
When at 0 ammo:
-0.3 tears.
-0.8 damage.
-0.3 shot speed.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as Friend.
