Frankenstein is a transformation in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Obtained by holding Boom Bum, Energy Bum and Decayed Bum at the same time.

Combines all 3 aforementioned familiars into Frankenstein Bum who automatically collects all coins, red hearts, bombs, batteries, and Flat Meat off the ground, turning them into specific payouts.

• Coins: spawns a Lucky Penny after collecting 10 coins.
• Red Hearts: spawns a Blended Heart after collecting 1.5 red hearts.
• Bombs: stores them until there are tinted rocks, crawl space entrances or secret room entrances close to Isaac, in which case it consumes one stored bomb to spawn a Throwable Bomb.
• Troll Bombs: stores them until there are enemies in the room, in which case it uses one of the stored troll bombs to attack them.
• Batteries: spawns a Charged Key after collecting 6 charges from batteries.
• Flat meat: spawns a friendly spider or friendly fly upon pickup, they deal Isaac's damage to enemies.

Frankenstein Bum also "collect" each enemy once, causing them to bleed permanently, lose 25% current HP and drops a flat meat upon death. For every 25 enemies collected, it spawns a random item that has a transformation tag.

A unique animation plays when the transformation is acquired.
